The Serratus pepper mill is a playful reimagining of the familiar household classic. At first glance, it appears almost impossibly delicate, but it's actually incredibly strong — thanks to its solid stainless steel shaft beneath the wood and a Danish ceramic grinding mechanism. Every step of the unique production process was developed specifically for this product. The base and the top knob, which begin production as a single solid block of wood, are crafted separately, then meticulously honed and re-assembled to form the curvaceous grain-matched body of the mill. Each pepper mill is carefully crafted over the course of several days, with every operation requiring tight tolerances and an experienced eye for detail.
